Break Free From Relationship Anxiety E-Course versus Open Your Heart 30-day Program

With the release of two courses at once, there are a lot of questions about which one is a better fit. Here’s a summary of each course:

Break Free From Relationship Anxiety is for anyone struggling with any aspect of relationship anxiety: doubt/ambivalence about whether or not you’re with the right partner; obsessing about one aspect of your partner (is he/she attractive enough, intellectual enough, social enough, witty enough); intrusive thoughts; what the culture called ROCD or HOCD; dreams/fantasies about an ex partner.  Break Free From Relationship Anxiety is an ongoing, self-guided course, which means you can sign up at any time.

If you’re wondering whether or not you have relationship anxiety, please take the assessment quiz found near the top of this page:

Open Your Heart is for anyone who longs to feel more love and attraction for your partner. This lack of “feeling” may or may not be connected to anxiety or doubt about your relationship. The added benefit of Open Your Heart is that there are opportunities to interact with me directly via the forum and the group coaching calls (at least as long as I’m offering it as a live program). Open Your Heart is a guided course that I offer once a year.

Many people begin with my courses on relationship anxiety (Conscious Weddings E-Course or Break Free From Relationship Anxiety), then continue on with the more specific areas that I address in my 30-day programs (Open Your Heart, Trust Yourself, Grace Through Uncertainty, Sacred Sexuality).

Summary: If your primary symptom is relationship anxiety (doubt about whether or not you’re with the right person), Break Free From Relationship Anxiety is for you. If you’ve worked through or have been working through your relationship anxiety (or it was never there to begin with) and your primary symptom is longing for more feelings of love and attraction for you partner, Open Your Heart is for you.

However, the bottom line is that all of my courses are based on the same principles, so you will benefit from whatever you take. Of course, one of the components of the sensitive-anxious personality type is having a hard time making decisions, so my apologies for offering two courses at the same time! But trust that if you sign up for Break Free you can always take Open Your Heart at a later date, and vice versa. In other words, there’s not a “right” or “wrong” choice and there are no mistakes, only learning.

I hope that answers your questions!
