My slots for ongoing sessions are currently full, but I’m pleased to offer private Zoom or phone sessions to those who want to receive direct guidance from me. After two decades of working with people and specializing in transitions and anxiety, I can hone in very quickly on the stuck points and help my coaching clients move forward in their healing work.
Through a 50-minute session, I will listen to your story then give you my insight that will be targeted specifically for your situation. Many of my coaching clients have said that a single session with me was more effective than several therapy sessions. At the same time, if you’re working with a skilled therapist, a private session can expedite your work as you can bring what you’ve learned back to your therapy.
A coaching session can help you:
- Quickly identify what is keeping you stuck in your healing process.
- Receive effective tools and resources specifically tailored to your situation so that you can break free to the next level of growth.
- Expedite your ongoing therapy sessions.
My fee is $350 payable in full when we book the appointment, and I do not accept insurance. I’m currently booking out about 3 months.

If you’re struggling with relationship anxiety and you haven’t taken my Break Free From Relationship Anxiety Course, I strongly suggest you take it before scheduling as it offers more information, tools, and support than I could offer in 20 sessions. Furthermore, any work we do together will be significantly more effective if you’ve taken the course first.
