Healing the Mother Wound: A 40-Day Course for Daughters
A mother wound is one of the most painful wounds we can carry. A mother wound is defined as a rupture of attunement where a mother, due to her own unmet needs, lack of fulfillment, narcissistic or judgmental tendencies, and possibly her own mother wound, is unable to meet the emotional needs of her daughter. The mother’s needs and expectations become paramount and the daughter learns to orient in those needs. This results in an abiding sense of shame, self-doubt, confusion around boundaries, and an acute fear of both enmeshment and abandonment. Birthing A New Mother
This self-guided course will help you create the optimal environment for birthing your baby and yourself as a mother (and father).
