I am currently accepting clients for my wait list for my Gold Coaching package, which is an intensive, 6-month, high-support, high-investment commitment where I guide you through persistent stuck places and/or a dark night of the soul through regular sessions and email/WhatsApp support. Monthly Support Calls

A significant element of healing occurs in community. We can heal to a point on our own, but it’s through connection with like-minded others that we heal through several layers of the shame belief that says, “I’m the only one. I’m broken. There’s something wrong with me.” I’ve run courses and groups on anxiety and self-trust for many years, and it’s through these groups that I’ve seen the power of connecting in community where you have the opportunity to listen to others’ stories and the guidance they receive from me.

Through monthly group coaching calls, you will have an opportunity to continue your healing process while receiving active, real-time support about whatever is arising in your life. While not a replacement for therapy (I strongly encourage you to be in private therapy if possible), a group experience can hold and guide you in a way that is difficult to receive in individual therapy. We are not meant to heal alone.
